Mr. Wesoky is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck�s Denver office and a member of the firm's Litigation Group. His practice focuses on commercial and real estate matters. Mr. Wesoky has worked on a wide range of commercial disputes, including multi-million-dollar contract disputes, commercial real estate leases, intellectual property cases and construction issues. Since joining the firm, he has appeared before several Colorado district courts, the U.S. District Courts for Colorado and Minnesota, the San Diego Northern District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Wesoky was recently selected as a member of the Tenth Circuit's Criminal Justice Act (CJA) panel. As a member of the panel, he handles criminal appeals for indigent persons. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wesoky served as a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Judicial Circuit. From 2002 to 2004, he was an Associate at Perkins Coie in the firm�s litigation group. While there, he worked on cases involving legal malpractice, shareholder disputes and contract issues. Prior to his time at Perkins Coie, he was an associate at Mallon and McCool, where his work included defamation, harassment and criminal cases. |
