Jason C. Farmer
Profile
Jason Farmer is of counsel to the Business Services and Real Estate Groups, concentrating his practice in the areas of general business and transactional law, corporate finance (including both private equity and debt based transactions), mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions, development and finance. He regularly represents entrepreneurial and emerging growth companies, financial institutions, and private equity firms and investors in structuring business investments and financing, and the capital structures supporting business growth. He also regularly represents real estate developers and financial institutions in the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial and residential real estate.
Prior to earning his juris doctorate and master of business administration degrees, with a focus in corporate finance, he worked with emerging growth and mature companies in San Francisco and the Silicon Valley for four years. Mr. Farmer is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana and before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
