Jason is an associate in the real estate department and focuses his practice on land use and zoning, commercial real estate, and land use litigation. Prior to joining the real estate department, Jason was a member of the real estate, construction, land use, and environmental litigation practice group.

Lead attorney in representing local developer with procuring rezoning approval from the City of Raleigh for a master plan development including up to 325 multifamily residential units and 12,000 square feet of retail space.
Lead attorney in representing national developer with procuring special use permit approval from the Town of Morrisville for 600,000 square feet retail development anchored by two big box uses.
Lead attorney in procuring special use permit approval for the operation of a heliport in the City of Raleigh.
Represented national and regional developers in zoning and permitting matters in the City of Raleigh, Wake County, and several other Triangle municipalities.
Represented national single-family residential developer with the acquisition of more than 2,000 acres for development in the Triangle.
Represented local developer in the leasing of office and retail space at mixed use redevelopment project in the City of Raleigh.
