Jason�s practice focuses on finance and real estate matters. Jason�s finance experience includes the representation of lending institutions, private investment funds, hedge funds and borrowers in commercial financing transactions including mezzanine and second lien transactions. Jason�s finance experience also includes the project financing of independent power projects, cogeneration facilities, natural gas gathering systems, and other infrastructure projects. Jason�s real estate experience includes the representation of buyers and sellers of raw land and income- producing properties, the representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leases, the representation of developers of office buildings, retail shopping centers, and residential communities, the representation of lenders and borrowers for real estate acquisition, construction, and term loans, and various other related transactions. He also has a great deal of experience in negotiating hedging agreements, including swaps, ISDA Master Agreements, and Credit Support Annexes.
