Jason represents employers in employment litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He advises employers on compliance with Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA and similar state and local laws. Jason assists employers in drafting employee handbooks, employment policies and employment, independent contractor and severance agreements. In addition, he assists employers regarding labor issues and the negotiation and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements. Jason is affiliated with the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, and is the secretary on the board of directors for the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Central Ohio. He previously practiced law at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP before joining Calfee in 2007. |
