Jason P. Hart is a Vice President focused on U.S. real estate opportunities. He is based in New York.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Hart was a Vice President of The Praedium Group, LLC, in New York where he was responsible for acquisitions in the Southwest United States. While at Praedium, Mr. Hart was responsible for underwriting, negotiating, structuring and closing more than $450 million of acquisitions. Prior to that, Mr. Hart was an analyst at Prudential Securities' Real Estate Investment Banking Group, where he executed multiple private equity placement, joint venture and merger and acquisition assignments.
Mr. Hart graduated Cum Laude from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University with a B.S.B.A in finance.
