Jason T. Daniel is a patent attorney in the firm's Electrical/Mechanical Practice Group focusing on patent prosecution. Before attending law school, Mr. Daniel worked for several companies as a technology consultant and Information systems specialist. He also has extensive experience in the design and integration of communications systems, having worked as an engineer and Senior Project Manager for BellSouth and AT&T Telecommunications. Before joining the firm, Mr. Daniel was the sole operator and principal attorney in a private law practice focusing on technology and small business concerns.
Mr. Daniel received his Law degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law in 2005. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from The University of Central Florida in 1999.
Mr. Daniel is admitted to the Florida State Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association. |
