Jason T. Lagria is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Washington, DC office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Mr. Lagria has been involved in intellectual property litigations in various district courts as well as the United States International Trade Commission. Mr. Lagria's practice also focuses on patent prosecution with an emphasis on biotechnology.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lagria worked as a legal assistant in the biotechnology group at Cooper & Dunham LLP.
Mr. Lagria received a B.S., with honors, in Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University in 2001 and his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2006. Mr. Lagria is admitted to practice in Washington, DC and the State of New York. |
