His energy practice involves the representation of financial institutions and borrowers in reserve-based credit facilities secured by oil, gas, and coal bed methane properties located throughout the United States. He also represents mezzanine lenders in more sophisticated transactions in which the lenders acquire overriding royalty interests and net profits interests in the properties that secure the credit facilities. |
