Jason Bachand joined Doucet & Associates in 2005 following five years of experience in the public sector. As such he understands the importance of sound planning practices and the various challenges that confront municipalities. He possesses the knowledge and skills to assist clients with feasibility studies, due diligence reports, zoning and subdivision regulations, entitlements and development law. He also evaluates environmental reports, coordinates new easement and easement releases and procures permits for all types of development with both public and private sector clients. Jason believes that the balance between land conservation and development is critical to maintaining desirable communities, and he recognizes the value of quality commercial, industrial and residential growth along with the need to preserve sensitive land areas and pristine natural resources for future generations to enjoy. |
