As a Creative Learning Consulting Ltd. partner, Jason Bu brings a broad range of experience in leadership development, sales and service management in China. In the early 1990�s, he spent five years as a service sales manager for GE Aircraft Engine Service Inc., successfully generating revenue and market share in China for the international corporation. While at GE, Jason experienced many of GE�s leadership programs. (He had graduated with an engineering degree from the Institute of Aeronautical Ministry.) Following GE, Jason continued his work in sales management and customer service at the director level for Alston and then EAC, two multinationals that were ramping up operations in China. Jason then joined the Franklin Covey Center for Effective Leadership in China. As a senior consultant, he began to apply his broad expertise in Chinese business to the development of leadership programs for Chinese enterprises. He facilitated consultative selling programs and was part of a major roll out of Franklin Covey�s leadership programs based on the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. In 2001, Jason joined Creative Learning Consulting Ltd. and has led their sales initiatives throughout China among Chinese enterprises and multinational firms. With his partners, he specializes in helping clients develop customized train-the-trainer in-house programs. He is also an expert in communication and negotiations. He also facilitates a variety of Creative Learning programs such as Leadership Problem Solving and Decision Making, Create Customer Service, In-house Training Sales Management, and Sales for Working Capital Management. |
