Jason Lee Bush practices in the Firm's business litigation and health care law departments. He has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Mr. Bush has experience in all phases of litigation including depositions, trial, and appellate practice. Mr. Bush has experience in successfully resolving disputes outside of the courtroom as well through mediations, arbitrations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. He has first chaired several trials to juries and to judges, and he frequently serves as lead counsel on matters.
Mr. Bush has represented clients in litigation involving trade secrets, non-compete agreements, breach of contract/warranties, the uniform commercial code ("UCC"), class actions, personal injuries, medical and legal malpractice, eminent domain and inverse condemnation.
