Jason Himschoot is an experienced litigation attorney who has managed several large scale, complex, construction defect cases, as well as property damage claims, multi-party insurance and commercial disputes. He has handled all facets of litigation from depositions to jury trials. Before entering private practice, Jason gained valuable experience as a Trial Track Attorney for the State Attorney�s Office, 20th Judicial Circuit in Ft. Myers. His responsibilities ranged from handling misdemeanor files from charging decision to final disposition and dealing with jury and bench trials, pre-trial motions, restitution claims, violation of probation hearings. Activities Born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, Jason is part of a family tradition that has remained in Fort Myers for over three generations. He is active in several local community organizations including serving as a Board Member of the American Cancer Society's Annual Cattle Baron's Auction, participating in the Lee County Bar Association and leadership development programs such as the Emerging Leaders Program sponsored by the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce. |
