Jason Lewis focuses his practice on internal and governmental investigations and securities litigation. He returned to the Firm as Partner in 2007 after spending four years with the SEC as an enforcement attorney where he conducted securities-related investigations, including financial fraud, market manipulation, offering fraud, auditor misconduct, and insider trading. Mr. Lewis also has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation where he has assisted clients on banking, insurance, real estate, and securities litigation matters as well as in individual actions, mass actions, and class actions in state and federal courts involving claims based on contract, tort, and various state and federal statutes.
