Jason Spicer is Managing Director of DTZ Rockwood and Director of Research. In this capacity Mr. Spicer manages the firm�s property and capital markets research group in support of its transactional, advisory and investment management service lines. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, Mr. Spicer was Manager of Investment Strategy & Research for ING Clarion, where he was responsible for production of property market forecasts and related underwriting assumptions for use in valuing both new acquisitions and its existing $12 billion US real estate portfolio. He also created the firm�s proprietary econometric model for forecasting US property sector returns, and wrote topical research on the real estate debt and equity markets. Previously, Mr. Spicer served in a similar capacity as Assistant Director of Research & Analytics in Cushman & Wakefield�s Advisory Group, providing market analysis and consulting services for the firm�s clients, including institutional investors and Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Spicer was a Graduate Fellow at the University of California-Berkeley, and holds B.A. degrees in Economics and Sociology from the Johns Hopkins University. |
