Mr. Jay Beadle has been an active member of the Chicago real estate community since 1981 and has represented firms in many aspects of corporate real estate from strategic planning and general advisory analysis to complex acquisitions of commercial real estate. On the not-for-profit side, Mr. Beadle has represented Inner City Teaching Corps, Children's Memorial Hospital, The University of Chicago, The University of Illinois, Cancer & Leukemia Group, National Louis University, Cook County, and Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Successful corporate representation assignments have been completed with firms such as Yahoo!, Allstate, PPM America, Citibank, Credit Agricole, Piper Jaffray, Encyclopaedia Britannica and US Bancorp. Mr. Beadle has provided leadership in the purchase and sale of commercial property for clients including The Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Commonwealth Edison, FMC Corporation, Cook County, Old Republic Insurance, The Shubert Organization, Sterling Bay Companies, Deutsche Bank, and Chicago financier Sam Zell. Skilled at understanding and assessing real estate value, Mr. Beadle is able to help his clients attain their investment objectives. He has completed simultaneous building purchases, sale leaseback transactions, and SEC1031 tax deferred exchanges for office and industrial property. Mr. Beadle received an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Chicago and earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois. Mr. Beadle is also a member of Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA), Chicago Real Estate Organization (CREO), and University of Chicago Real Estate Club. |
