Mr. Lobell joined NovaDel�s Board in December 2005. He is Chief Executive Officer, Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of Paramount Acquisition Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Lobell was President and Chief Operating Officer of Paramount BioCapital Asset Management, Inc. and Paramount Biosciences, LLC, and is a registered representative of Paramount BioCapital, Inc. Prior to joining Paramount, Mr. Lobell was a partner at the law firm of Covington & Burling.
Mr. Lobell received his B.A. from Queens College and his J.D. from Yale Law School. |
