Mr. Green has more than 25 years of diverse corporate and Wall Street experience, including having served as an executive officer with two New York Stock Exchange-listed companies, as a senior executive with a Greenwich, CT merchant banking/venture capital firm and, most recently, as a Managing director of Duncan Capital LLC, Inyx�s investment banker. During his career, he has advised nearly 500 public and private businesses, from start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations, including Cardinal health, Forest Laboratories and Upjohn.
