Mr. Liang founded Etech Trading Corporation, Etech International Fund and Etech Securities, Inc. since mid 1990s. Under his leadership, Etech has become the largest Chinese-owned full service financial institution in North America. Prior to Etech, Mr. Liang worked as Vice President in Prestige Bancorp of San Francisco and also worked on the campaign team of Joe Cannon for US Senator in 1992. Mr. Liang holds a B. A. in Psychology from Brigham Young University and MPPM from Yale University. Mr. Liang has been an active speaker on US and Chinese economies, capital markets and investment trends. He also published articles on these topics in Wall Street Journal, Christian Science Monitor, Washington Post and various Chinese newspapers and magazines, and has been invited to spoke to US Senate Banking Committee and US Senate Finance Committee to support and promote US-China trade relationship. Mr. Liang also serves as Board Member for Southern California Asia Society, Board Member for Rand Corporation��s Center for Asia Pacific Policy, Executive Director for Southern California Mont Jade Science and Technology Association, Director and Vice President for Chinese CEO Organization, and Advisor for China State Commission of Overseas Chinese. |
