Mr. Swent joined the Company in July 2003 and was elected to his present position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective July 28 2003. Mr. Swent previously held various financial executive positions in the information technology telecommunications and manufacturing industries including Memorex Corporation and Nortel Networks. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Cyrix Corporation from 1996 to 1997 and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of American Pad and Paper Company from 1998 to 2000. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Swent had served as Co-Founder and Managing Director of Amrita Holdings LLC since 2001. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Masters Degree in Business Administration. |
