Jay W. Warren Jay is an associate in the Labor and Employment law practice group. He has experience representing employers in the defense of employment litigation and administrative actions based on all major federal and state anti-discrimination laws, as well as the defense of labor claims before the National Labor Relations Board and in arbitral forums. In addition, Jay's practice includes the representation of employers in litigation concerning employee covenants not to compete and trade secrets.
