Jay Dubiner joined Warnaco as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in September 2008. Prior to Warnaco, Mr. Dubiner was Of Counsel for Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP. Previously, he held the position of Executive Vice President, Corporate Development & General Counsel for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc., where he was responsible for the Company�s legal department, including overseeing corporate governance, litigation, licensing, intellectual property matters and compliance and the Company�s corporate development activities. Prior to Martha Stewart, he held the position of Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategic Planning at a division of The Universal Music Group. |
