After leaving industry, Jay has served in a consulting role for six plus years helping multiple corporations with Oracle financial implementations and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance initiatives, worldwide. Throughout his career, Jay has worked in several industries for public and private companies. He has strong initiative, accounting experience, and financial skills and is a proven expert in implementing technology to optimize accuracy of accounting operations. Jay has played a significant role in helping companies successfully resolve reporting and system problems and seamlessly transfer data to meet financial reporting deadlines. He has deep experience in Oracle, SBT, and xBase languages serving as a project manager, team lead, or support capacity assisting companies in their implementation process. Jay is accomplished in Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404 compliance. He has worked internationally for manufacturing, financial services, and technology based companies. Jay has written process maps, flow charts, Risk Control Matrices, and audit test plans, performed testing and suggested remediation.
