As Director of Client Systems Jay is responsible for all software development activities, including establishment of software development life cycle processes and procedures, business analysis, design, development and testing. Prior to joining Synergistix, Jay worked at Siemens (Telecom) where he mastered a variety of related roles in software development, project management and software development management during his 12-year tenure. His employment at Siemens included three years on international assignment at Siemens Headquarters in Munich Germany. He also served as an internal ISO/Quality representative at Siemens in conjunction with his other roles at the company. Jay holds an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois. He is a Certified ISO 9000 internal auditor. Jay is currently pursuing Master�s certification in Project Management and Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Jay resides in Deerfield Beach, Florida, with his family.
