Jay brings to AISI over 18 years of technology-based business experience from the aerospace and semiconductor capital equipment markets. His most recent roles include several executive management positions over 16 years with FEI Company, a NASDAQ traded public company and the leader in nanotechnology tools, providing process diagnostic capabilities to the semiconductor, data storage and research markets. Prior to joining FEI Jay was a Senior Member of the Technical Staff at AeroJet ElectroSystems Corporation, an aerospace and defense contractor, where he worked to improve a variety of surface phenomenon associated with space vehicles. Jay holds a Ph.D. degree in Physical Chemistry from the University of California, a B.Sc. in Chemistry with minors in Mathematics and Biology from the University of Puget Sound, and completed the Executive MBA program at Stanford University. |
