Jay Ziegler focuses his practice on general business litigation. He handles legal actions and arbitrations including mergers and acquisitions, bank and finance, real property, ERISA, insurance, intellectual property, business torts and probate and trust. His experience includes both trial and appellate cases.
Mr. Ziegler graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley in 1972.
