Mrs. Dorrough has been a member of our board of directors since December 2000 and has served as our president and secretary since February 2001. Since 1994 Mrs. Dorrough has been president and the
principal of Yucatan Holding Company, a privately-held investment company with interests in various companies. Yucatan Holding Company is our principal shareholder. Mrs. Dorrough has also been a member of the board of directors of Eline Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB: EEGI) since September 2002. |
