Jean Christophe Muyl is C3i's senior vice president and general manager of Global Business and Human Resources. In his new role, Mr. Muyl is responsible for transforming C3i into a first-class service organization.
In 2003, he led the effort to start C3i's offshore operations in Hyderabad, India. The office now employs over 200 employees and receives first-class customer service scores.
In 1998, he successfully launched C3i's Siebel Implementation and Managed Services groups.
Mr. Muyl joined C3i in 1997 from American Express, where he led various CRM projects both domestically and internationally.
Mr. Muyl earned a BA in Marketing and a Masters in Information Systems from the Center of Education and Research Applied to Management (CERAM), France. |
