Jean Kovacs is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Strategic Alliances for Sterling Commerce, responsible for driving global strategic alliances, including the AT&T strategic relationship, and all corporate marketing and communications. Kovacs has over 25 years experience directing technology companies and a track record of using her strategic business skills and background to deliver exceptional results with growing enterprises. Before joining Sterling Commerce, she was president and CEO for Comergent, where she drove the overall solutions and services strategy, and also oversaw the company's daily operations such as product development, sales and marketing. Comergent was acquired by Sterling Commerce in 2007. Prior to co-founding Comergent, she was co-founder and executive vice president of Qualix Group, where she was responsible for managing and directing the engineering, marketing, services, and telesales departments, and was closely involved in the company's initial public offering. Kovacs holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Northeastern University and a master's degree in business administration from Harvard University. |
