Jeanne Ridey joined Carlyle Group as Vice President in our Industrial Markets Practice. Her primary responsibilities include identifying and qualifying executive level talent for search engagements across a nationwide spectrum of Industrial clients. Jeanne has considerable experience specializing in the Industrial sector. She has completed search assignments across a wide array of functional disciplines in general management, legal, finance, human resources, operations, logistics, merchandising and sales & marketing. Jeanne has ten years of retained executive search experience in the retail, consumer products, manufacturing, financial and professional service sectors for established corporations as well as entrepreneurial start-up companies. Prior to joining Carlyle Group, Jeanne has had client management and search fulfillment experience in firms ranging in size from small regional specialty boutique firms to large, global retained executive search firms. Prior to her career in executive search, Jeanne worked in the retail industry at the manager level in various merchandising capacities for department store, specialty store and mass merchandising organizations. Jeanne has been active with several professional associations including the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and Big Brothers Big Sisters of McHenry County. Jeanne received a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics and Merchandising from the University of Wisconsin. |
