Jeff G. Lyon, Executive Vice President, Loan Officer, Secretary and Director, joined Q10 | National Mortgage Co. in March 1985. In addition to mortgage loan production, Jeff is responsible for overseeing technology and the private loan program. Before coming to Q10 | National, Jeff was trained as a loan underwriter and real estate analyst for the Real Estate Investment Department of the Travelers Insurance Companies. He was responsible for mortgage loan production and servicing in Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Utah. Jeff has successfully completed a number of appraisal courses, including courses conducted by The American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. Jeff is licensed as a securities salesperson by the State of Oregon. He has been a resident of Portland since 1974 and holds a Bachelor�s degree in Finance from Portland State University. |
