Jeff Amann is Senior Vice President and General Manager of SignalDemand. As a member of company�s executive management team, Mr. Amann oversees all financial and administrative functions. Prior to SignalDemand, he served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer of a privately held biometric payments company in San Francisco, where he oversaw the finance, business development, human resources and legal departments. Previously, Mr. Amann was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Siebel Systems (now part of Oracle Corporation), where he spent 10 years helping the company expand its operations from its initial public offering through its establishment as a global market leader with more than $1.4 billion in annual revenue. Before joining Siebel, Mr. Amann was a corporate attorney at the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. He received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
