Jeff began his career in the USBL as the Video Coordinator and a member of the Game Day Operations Staff for the Portland Mountain Cats in 1996 coached by Kevin Mackey. His connection with Mackey continued as he assisted with Advanced and Talent Scouting for the Atlantic City Seagulls from 1997-1999. During the 2001-2002 seasons he furthered his work with Coach Mackey as he performed Advance and Talent Scouting for the Florida Sea Dragons.
From 2000-2004 Argenziano worked for the USBL as a League Scout. From 2001-2004 he was also a direct liaison to Director of Media Relations Dennis Truax. He has served on the selection committees for All-League and All-Post Season Festival Awards since 1998; including the 15th Anniversary All-Star team. The 2005 regular season marked a major milestone for the USBL Jeff was instrumental in the creation and selection of the players and coaches elected to the All-20th Anniversary Team.
During the 12th Annual Post Season Festival in June 2004 Jeff served as the analyst on the first ever USBL broadcast aired on NBATV a Dodge City Legend First Round victory over Westchester Wildfire 99 to 89. NBATV committed to the remainder of the Post Season Festival airing all seven games in their entirety.
In August 2004 Jeff was elevated from League Scout to the USBL Assistant Director of Scouting. In September 2005 Jeff was appointed to his current position of USBL Director of Player Evaluation. He reports on the areas of player evaluations of both college talent and minor league veteran prospects. In addition Jeff will oversee and review all aspects of television broadcasting for regular and post season programming.
Since 1999 Jeff has represented the USBL at NBA Sponsored Summer Leagues. He along with his brother Mark co-authors "The Genz Report" a minor league basketball player evaluation prospectus. He is also an active basketball clinician for both individual offense and team development.
Since 1996 Jeff has been the analyst for Somerville High School Varsity Boys� Basketball in Somerville Massachusetts that are aired Live on local cable television. A graduate of UMASS-Lowell in 1995 Argenziano is single and resides in Somerville MA.
