Jeff is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, with a Bachelor degree in Music Education in 1982. After graduation, he taught band and music in both private and public school. He returned to school for IT, and in 2000 began teaching software applications with ECPI Technical College, and later at McGuireWoods LLP. Jeff joined IPC in 2005 as the Director of Select Train, where he coordinates the Microsoft and Sybase training classes, as well as continuing to teach the Microsoft Office Suite applications. He also coordinates and conducts the VOIP end user training for IPC�s ShoreTel clients. |
