Jeff is a licensed Professional Engineer who brings more than 25 years experience in designing and reviewing mechanical systems. His expertise includes all areas of building mechanical systems, including control of humidity, temperature, indoor air quality, and energy use. His experience includes complex projects such as laboratories, museums and industrial plants. He has served as project manager and mechanical design engineer on numerous award-winning projects including the Agronomy Laboratory, which won the ASHRAE International Technology Award.
Jeff is a LEED�-accredited professional, specializing in sustainable and green design practices. He also has expertise in acoustics, vibration and noise control. His combination of mechanical systems design and acoustics provides a unique insight into design options and methods to control noise.
He also provides quality control reviews for many projects, providing design intent review of preliminary plans and detailed checking of completed plans and specifications, as well as systems start-up and commissioning. He is KJWW's manager of innovation and quality whose goal echoes the firm's mission statement - to make KJWW the innovative, quality engineering firm of choice for architects, owners and employees.
Jeff was formerly a top ten U.S. amateur road cyclist, and now enjoys competing in triathlons and cycling time trials. |
