Mr. Chiaravalle is SkyPort's director of teleport operations. He leads SkyPort's technical operations strategies and provides leadership and guidance to network operation centre (NOC) technicians and engineers. Before coming to SkyPort, from 2001 to 2006, Mr. Chiaravalle was first, senior interconnect engineer and later, manager, roaming and interconnection at Cricket Communications. Among his accomplishments at Cricket, he instituted a number of cost-saving strategies and alternatives to improve the bottom line significantly. He also developed the company's first roaming and interconnection operations from concept to completion, an enormous task that had global implications. |
