Jeff Coleman is Vice President of Internal Controls for Cincinnati Bell Inc. He is responsible for the company's internal financial operational and IT audit functions. He reports directly to Jack Cassidy President and Chief Executive Officer of Cincinnati Bell with a dotted line to the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Cincinnati Bell Mr. Coleman held a variety of audit positions with the H.J. Heinz Company Ernst & Young and most recently as Director of Internal Audit for Convergys.
He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Information System Audit and Control Association. Mr. Coleman serves on the board of the Cincinnati Bell Pioneers and the
stewardship committee of Union Baptist Church.
Mr. Coleman earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Northern
Kentucky University.
