Jeffrey P. Freimark is responsible for overall financial policy, planning, performance, reporting and Information Technology for Intelsat, Ltd. Mr. Freimark has extensive experience in senior-level financial and corporate accounting as well as experience in integrations, information technology management and process improvement programs. Prior to joining Intelsat in April 2006, Mr. Freimark served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Information Officer at Beverly Enterprises, Inc. Before joining Beverly Enterprises, Inc. in 2002, Mr. Freimark was Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of OfficeMax, Inc. Prior to that, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Grand Union Company, where he was responsible for the restructuring, and eventual sale, of the $2.3 billion publicly traded supermarket organization. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Pueblo International, a Florida and Puerto Rico-based corporation that operates supermarkets and video stores. Mr. Freimark currently serves as non-executive Chairman of the Board of Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, an India and U.S.-based provider of off-shoring services to the healthcare and legal sectors. Mr. Freimark holds a degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, an MBA from Stern School at New York University and a JD degree from New York Law School. Mr. Freimark is a member of the New Jersey Bar, and also a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and New Jersey. Additionally, he taught a graduate level curriculum in Accounting and Law at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey and Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
