Jeff Fulmer joined Tortoise Capital Advisors in 2007 as Senior Investment Analyst - Energy Portfolio Advisor. Previously, Mr. Fulmer led a U.S. Department of Defense group of oil, gas, electric power, communications, transportation, chemical, and water infrastructure analysts engaged globally in critical infrastructure analysis, assessment and protection. Prior to that, Mr. Fulmer served as President of Redland Energy, Senior Vice President for both Equitable Production and Statoil Energy, and in engineering and geological positions for ARCO Oil and Gas and Tenneco Oil Exploration and Production. Mr. Fulmer holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. |
