Tenure with Crosland: Since 2004 As a Development Manager for the Residential division in the Raleigh office, Jeff is responsible for the design, project management and construction of multi-family developments such as the Arboretum in Cary and Cosgrove Hill and Chapel Watch Village in Chapel Hill. Prior to joining the Residential division, Jeff was in the Crosland Retail division and managed the development of Poyner Place in North Raleigh, McCrimmon Corners in Morrisville and Currituck Club in Corolla, NC. Professional experience also includes land development design management and seven years of active duty military service as an officer in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps.
