Jeff brings his 15 years of experience in the development of state-of-the-art of image and video processing systems to Salient Stills. Taking advantage of an extensive background in R&D and contract and product engineering, Jeff is the chief surveyor of all contract and product development initiatives. Prior to his work with Salient Stills, Jeff headed software development for security and surveillance product company Millivision LLC. While there, he was responsible for all image and video related software development, spearheading a great number of federally funded imaging research initiatives. Jeff holds a BS in Physics and PhD in Optics and Semiconductor Physics from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland. |
