Jeff joined CEI in 2003 with CEI's acquisition of his New England-based renewable energy marketing business. Based out of New England, Jeff is responsible for CEI's wind project development activities in New England, primarily the Lempster, NH project. Prior to CEI, Jeff was a national leader in developing innovative policy and commercial solutions to issues such as clean air, climate change, and environmental sustainability. As former head of the environmental strategies department at Enron Corporation, Jeff helped develop innovative approaches to renewable energy, emissions, distributed generation and energy efficiency. Jeff holds a B.A. from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey and a J.D. from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. |
