Jeff Raileanu is a 2004 graduate of Duke University, where he received a B.S. in Economics and a Certificate in Markets and Management Studies. At Duke, his coursework had a quantitative focus, and he brought econometric analysis techniques to his courses in other disciplines as well. In his senior year he researched and wrote about the effects of domestic technology sectors on a countrys regime type, finding a link between high-tech industries and democracy. He spent a semester studying Italian language, literature and architecture at Dukes program in Florence.
Jeff joined COMPASS in 2005 and has worked in the manufacturing, healthcare, chemical and technology industries. He has performed antitrust analyses for both mergers and litigation cases.
While away from the office, Jeff enjoys competing in triathlons, studying Italian language and culture, working on cars and deep-frying Twinkies. |
