Mr. Robertson joined NorthMarq Capital in September 2003 when NorthMarq acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) where he was employed since 1992. He is currently Senior Vice President and Managing Director of NorthMarq�s Miami regional office. Mr. Robertson�s responsibilities include debt and equity placement for the insurance companies and pension fund investors represented by NorthMarq as well as the development of new clients and financing opportunities in the Miami MSA. Mr. Robertson has over 28 years experience in commercial real estate including sales, leasing and financing. Mr. Robertson previously was a real estate broker with South East Mortgage. Mr. Robertson holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Wharton�s School of Business at Pennsylvania University. Additionally, he is a licensed real estate broker and licensed mortgage broker in state of Florida. |
