Jeff has over 16 years of investment banking experience working with companies ranging from entrepreneurial startups to publicly traded companies. He has completed approximately 40 transactions with a principal focus on merger and acquisition advisory assignments. Jeff has experience in raising capital in the public and private markets as well. He has investment banking experience in a variety of industries including industrial manufacturing, distribution, business/financial services, printing/publishing, and consumer/retail. Jeff recently worked as a Managing Director at a Chicago-based regional securities firm, and previously worked in mergers and acquisitions at two middle market investment banking firms. Jeff also has previous experience in computer technology sales and public accounting. In addition, he sits on board of an investment firm with oversight responsibilities in alternative asset investing including private equity and venture capital. Jeff received a B.S. degree from Miami University and a MBA degree in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University. He is a certified public accountant. Jeff is qualified as a General Securities Representative and as a General Securities Principal. |
