Jeff Shumway currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Phoenix Coyotes, a franchise of the National Hockey League, and as Chief Operating Officer for Jerry Moyes� private holdings. In that capacity, Mr. Shumway manages all of Mr. Moyes� private business activities, real estate developments and investments. Shumway has served in this capacity since 2003. Prior to this position, Mr. Shumway worked with numerous start-up businesses in both legal and management capacities from 1997 to 2003. Mr. Shumway was with the Arizona law firm of Lewis & Roca from 1994-1997 specializing in corporate litigation. Before joining Lewis & Roca, Mr. Shumway was with the national law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom from 1990-1994 based in their Delaware office. Jeff Shumway received his law degree from Yale University in 1990 and received a finance degree with Honors from Arizona State University in 1987.
