eff joined E-Source in 1999 as an industry veteran. Known for his work ethic and product knowledge he became the E-Source Director of Sales in 2003. Jeff is responsible for all E-Source sales management functions which include account planning and strategy development, forecasting, competitive analysis, customer satisfaction and manufacturer liaison. A strong team builder he initiates the hiring, coaching and training of new and existing sales members. With more than 30 years of experience in the food service industry he is uniquely qualified to provide the product application and design leadership needed in today�s complex commercial kitchens. His in-depth mechanical and problem-solving experience has positioned Jeff as one of the most effective foodservice professional in the Texas and Oklahoma region. His knowledge of equipment use and care has been instrumental in placing Jeff on most manufacturer new product and service committees. Jeff resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife Dana and three children. An Oklahoma native, Jeff takes great pride in his family and its heritage. |
