Jeff Thomas is Regional Director of First Industrial Realty Trust's Central Pennsylvania region. He oversees acquisitions, dispositions, developments, build-to-suits, asset management and lease negotiations for the Company�s Central Pennsylvania portfolio. His career in office and industrial real estate development, sales, finance, leasing, and asset management began in 1985. Mr. Thomas joined First Industrial in 1994, shortly after the company's IPO when First Industrial acquired the Central Pennsylvania operations and portfolio of Rouse & Associates through an UPREIT transaction. He served First Industrial as Asset Manager of the Central Pennsylvania and Atlanta portfolios and has held his present position since 1999. Prior to First Industrial, he served in numerous roles with Rouse & Associates, where he focused on financial analysis, property management and systems administration. He is a member in the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and the Council of Logistics Management (CLM). Mr. Thomas earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware. |
