Experience:
Mr. Peterson is a Colorado native who graduated with honors from Baylor University and received his Juris doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law. He advises businesses in a broad spectrum of areas, including organizational planning, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, real estate, financing, securities, tax and regulatory compliance.
Prior to his career in law, Mr. Peterson was a founding shareholder and manager of a Denver area corporation specializing in research and consulting for lenders, developers and builders in the Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Albuquerque, New Mexico and Austin, Texas real estate markets. His experience in consulting with business owners as well as owning and managing a business have provided him with the background and insight to handle a wide range of legal and other issues impacting businesses. |
