Jeff is a Principal with the Chicago office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1981.
Experience
Jeff's experience has been concentrated in the pricing, modeling, and valuation of individual life and annuity business. He also has substantial experience with reinsurance and working with rehabilitators and guaranty associations following company insolvency.
From 1998 to 2003, Jeff was based in Milliman's Tokyo office. He spent his first two years in Japan working with a distressed, mid-sized Japanese life company. The last three years were spent doing quarterly GAAP valuations, embedded value calculations, and strategic plan projections for a healthy, foreign-owned Japanese company.
Presentations and publications
Jeff co-authored the paper "Pricing a Select and Ultimate Annual Renewable Term Product," which was published in Volume XXXII of the Transactions of the Society of Actuaries.
